Q. Whenever I reply or forward an email, there is a ">" put in front of every line. Why is it there and can I stop it from being put there?

Q. For some reason, when I insert a CD nothing happens. It used to ask me what I wanted to do, but now nothing. How can I get the prompt back?

Q. I have a lot of video files on my hard drive and it is getting full. Most of the data is in the My Documents folder. Can I install another hard drive, and if so, how can I easily move all this stuff to it.

Q. When I right click the desktop and choose Properties, the Desktop and Screensaver tabs have disappeared from the little window that opens. How do I get them back?
