Q. I want to send a snap shot of a message on my screen in an email. When I press "PrintScrn" how then do I get that into the email?

Q. How do I get a picture out of an email if the picture is included within the email itself?

Q. Why is the "Out of Office Assistant" so hard to turn on in Outlook? I had a system at my previous place of employment that all I had to do is select it on the tool bar and turn it on and off.

Q. The strip at the bottom of the screen where there are quick launch icons used to have everything in 1 row.  Now it's about 1.25" wide & icons appear 2 or 3 deep.  How can I make it go back to a single thin line of icons?
