Q. My Favorites menu in Internet Explorer was sorted alphabetically but now something happened and I have to manually sore it whenever I add an item. What happened, and how can I get it to sort automatically when an item is added?

Q. When a friend uses the ALT Tab key press to switch between open programs he has a thumbnail of the pages displayed. I only have an icon. How can I get the thumbnail too?

Q. It seems that I always forget to remove a CD from the drive before I turn the computer off. Is there a way one can be removed without re-starting the computer?

Q. I looked in control panel/appearance to change the desktop display. Behold-several photos I'd taken were among the options.  I must have I put them there somehow by accident.  What did I do? How do I delete or add photos to that list of options?  I can't find the folder where they apparently reside. 

Q. Recently, when I tried to send email, I got this error message: Sending reported error (0X800CCC565): The server responded:  503 valid RCPT command must precede DATA. What is causing this and how do I fix it?

Q. It seems that Internet Explorer 7 is very slow when going to some web pages. What is causing this and is there a fix for it?
