Q. When I open my Task Manager, all I see is a blank box. There is no menu or any way to change what I am looking at. This only happens on one of our computers. How can I get it back to normal?

Q. I would like to see what is consuming my CPU's time and slowing down my computer. Is there an easy way to do this?

Q. On some websites there are red x's in small boxes where images should be. On other sites the images may or may not display correctly depending on how I enter the URL. What is causing this?

Q. I am now using Vista, and so far, there are no Powertoys released for it. The one Powertoy I really miss is the picture resizer. Do you know of something similar for Vista?

Q. I am getting ready to buy a flat panel monitor and need to know if my computer uses analog or digital.

Q. I am using Microsoft's OneCare and have had a problem on a couple of occasions on different computers with it not being able to update. Is there a fix for this?

Q. I accidentally deleted some folders I had created in Outlook. How can I recover them and the files that were in them?
