Q. Can you explain what happens when I defrag my hard drive in terms that a novice can understand?

Q. I got an email saying " A 2nd email address had been added to your PayPal account.  If you do not agree with this change, click here."  I did not click, but went directly to my PayPal account and saw nothing changed. What this all about?

Q. I have a 1 GB USB Jump drive that shows that it has less than 200 MB on it. Yet, every time I try to add more files I get a "Disk Full" error message. What is the problem and why can't I add more files?
