Q. I am using Vista Home premium and its email program Windows Mail. I have an email stuck in my inbox, and it cannot be deleted. How can I get rid of it?

Q. Sometimes an incoming email (in OE) is marked with a red flag. The help file says a red flag indicates "the message is flagged." How does a message get "flagged" and what does it signify if a message is "flagged?

Q. I can change the size the Icons to different sizes, but the text beneath the Icons stays the same size which looks like a 6 or 7 point. This is much too small for me to see. How can I enlarge this text? I am using Windows Vista Home Premium.

Q. When I go to a crossword puzzle site & click to print the puzzle, Adobe Reader starts up. On one computer it opens by moving to another web URL. To get back to the puzzle I must use the back arrow. On another computer, Adobe Reader opens in another window so to go back to the puzzle I just close that window & am back to the first URL window. Why does it work differently?
